2. What is the order process for the subscription boxes?
In Short: We process your order and confirm the estimated shipping date via email. We start shipping on the 7th of each month. All orders are Bi-Monthly.

In Short: We only exchange damaged or defective Items. All sale are final.

6. What days do you operate?
In Short: My shop is completely online aside for auctions and temporaiy vendor locations in the Orange county area. My Little Smoke Shop is open 24/6. My site goes down on Sundays between 2am-4am for inventory management. All emails (order confirmation, Invoices, responces, etc.) will be sent out daily around 12am EST
7. Do you take orders over the phone?
In Short: Yes! You can call us M-F 12pm-6pm on our toll free number 833.420.GOTG (4684).
8. Shipping information
In Short: We ship every Wednesday so your package will arrive in time for the weekend. ALL packages are shipped via USPS 2-3 day priority shipping (depending on customer location), unless you specially request otherwise. We will provide you with tracking information As soon as it is picked up for delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping Times do NOT include any processing time for gathering, packing, and creating orders. Full timeline is between 7-14 business days. .
Currently, I AM NOT SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY. Its mainly just me running my little shop. But a girl can dream. .
Guardians of the Glass is committed to the timely delivery of your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Brilliant Earth within 5 days of receiving your tracking number..

10. Do You Offer Financing or Layaway?

11. Will I Be Charged Tax?
In Short: Yes, unfortunately we all have to pay our taxes. Taxes will be calculated based on our warehouse location (Zip: 32703)
Sales tax is added to the price of taxable goods or services and collected from the purchaser at the time of sale. Florida's general state sales tax rate is 6% with the following exceptions: 4% on amusement machine receipts, 5.5% on the lease or license of commercial real property, and 6.95% on electricity.
12. Can I Expedite My Order to Receive it Sooner Than the Date Given?

13. Is Your Packaging Discreet? What Does the Box Look Like?

Your order will arrive in unmarked packaging to keep its contents a secret.Guardiands of the Glass is not mentioned on the package. We can also ship your order to your office, a specific USPS location to be held for pick up, or wherever you indicate. Please let us know what we can do to make sure your "Gift" remains a surprise. 14. Can I Purchase Multiple Items to Determine Which I Like the Best, and Return the Others?
To maintain the high quality of our pieces and keep our prices competitive, Guardians of the Glass does not allow multiple pieces to be purchased for comparison. Comparison purchasing is purchasing multiple products with the intent of keeping one and returning the remainder.
