RETURN POLICY

Before you place an order, we Strongly recommend doing a lot of research on what you are purchasing. We have a team of very helpful and knowledgeable representatives that will gladly explain any item in more detail to you. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do offer exchanges on damaged or defective items! If you receive anything that is damaged or defective, you MUST report it to Guardians@gotgshop.com WITHIN 48 Hours of the confirmed delivery! If 48 Hours have gone by since the package was delivered and you haven't notified us, unfortunately we cannot offer you n exchange on it.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at guardians@gotgshop.com or call 904.420.7836 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label via email. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and with the RMA number given and mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid by us. If you choose to send back any purchase without prior authorization we will not uphold any shipping fees or returns. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

To be eligible for a exchange, returned or exchanged:
 
     ●     Your item MUST be 100% unused.    
     ●     It MUST be in the original packaging.   
     ●     It MUST contain the receipt or proof of purchase.   
     ●     It MUST be damaged or defective   

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable goods cannot be exchanged. We also do not exchange products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
